There is a car park and each suite has at least one space, with some space for visitors. Occupation of the suites is by way of an open-ended licence agreement subject to 3 months notice. The monthly payment includes heating, lighting, rates, cleaning, maintenance, insurance, telephone line rental, telephone answering and car parking. Photocopiers, fax and secretarial services can be provided and will be charged on a monthly basis depending on use. Two month's licence fee by way of deposit and then monthly in advance. In the first month there will be a set-up fee of £175 which covers our legal costs and expenses. Each office will have two telephones connected to our STC Digital System and be allocated an exclusive number for incoming calls.
