For West Coast Estates, Ryden has secured a new lease at warehouse and office space in Aberdeen at Unit D Broadfold Road, Bridge of Don. Global Lifting, which offers wire rope and rigging services and manufactures, hires and sells lifting equipment, has taken the space on a five year FRI lease at £125,000 per annum.
The property comprises a 9,627 sq ft refurbished end terrace warehouse plus two storey office block extending to 4,140 sq ft to the rear. The office space has recently been constructed and is finished to a high specification. Nearby occupiers include Salamis, Ziebel (UK), Barclay and Mathieson and NTP Kitchen and Joinery.

There has been a lack of good quality industrial stock in the Bridge of Don area in recent times and this transaction demonstrates the level of underlying demand.
