Australian wine company De Bortoli Wines is moving its UK sales operation to new offices in Wiltshire. The wine maker, which has been established in the UK since 1996 is relocating from office space in Blandford Forum in Dorset to Semley, only 15 miles away in the county of Wiltshire. General manager Mark Wilson told Harpers Wine & Spirit that the new premises would be better suited to the company’s needs: "It will be a nice environment to work in, and a huge improvement on the previous space." |
De Bortoli Wines is a dynamic family owned Australian company which was established by Vittorio De Bortoli in Bilbul NSW in 1928. Today the company is managed by the third generation and owns vineyards across some of Australia’s best known wine regions. With vineyard holdings across Victoria and NSW, De Bortoli Wines produces wines with genuine provenance.
In 1996, it started to bring its wines to the UK market. These were specially selected wines which best represented the Regions of Australia. Based on this approach, De Bortoli has continued to grow its presence in the UK through the offering of wines which best represent site, season and variety.
