Orbit Developments finishes refurbishment of office suites at Park Square

Orbit Developments has announced the completion of significant internal and external remodelling works at Park Square, its new urban business park in South Manchester.

This is the first major refurbishment in Greater Manchester to be finalised this year and has dramatically transformed the building, modernising it to a city centre standard. It now boasts a fully remodelled, high specification reception and unique mini golf experience; the office suites have also been fully refurbished.

The award winning building is currently home to Royal Mail, which occupies one floor and is currently the only building able to offer upwards of 50,000 sq ft of office space in South Manchester that is immediately available to occupy.

Park Square is an important part of the Orbit Developments portfolio and planning permission has already been secured to enable further development in the future.
