UK Office Space Expansion Planned by Leonard Curtis

Business rescue and insolvency firm will open new offices across the UK

Manchester-based corporate recovery, insolvency and restructuring specialist, Leonard Curtis has been granted a £5m funding package by the Co-operative Bank to enable it to expand its office network in the UK.

The expansion is in part a response to increased demand for debt advisory services and will see the firm, which is headquartered at offices in Bury, take up new office space across the country.

Commenting on the plans, business development director Paul Reeves said: “With so many businesses struggling with issues like Crown arrears, finding access to funding difficult or experiencing cash management problems, often due to bad debts, we have seen an unprecedented demand for debt advisory services.

“It is part of the business that has been growing strongly and we will now be able to accelerate this process.

“We have an exciting vision for Leonard Curtis and for Corporate Strategies and securing this funding package means we will now be able to turn it into a reality.”

Leonard Curtis is one of the UK’s top ten independent corporate recovery firms and currently operates out of offices in Newcastle, Bury, Blackburn, Manchester, Birmingham, Wolverhampton and London. In January the company took up new office space in Bristol at Queen Square.
