Expansion in Nottinghamshire due to launch of new Property Claims business

WNS Assistance’s newly launched Property Claims business has today moved in to new office space in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, at Oakham Business Park.

The new offices are within a custom built business centre at i2 Mansfield, a new development by property development firm Langtree which is headquartered at offices in Merseyside.

WNSA announced in January that the company would launch Property Claims capability during 2011. The move is designed to build on its success in the Motor Claims market and will utilize the company's core expertise in technology and supplier management to create a compelling solution to claims management in the Property sector.

Commenting on the move, senior VP of property at WNSA, Arthur Rackstraw, said: "We selected the site because it is strategically placed in relation to other WNSA offices and we are able to utilise the wealth of property claims expertise which has traditionally been located in this area.

"Mansfield is therefore the natural place for WNSA to locate the new property claims business. The accommodation suits the size of our business now, but also offers us the potential to expand as the business grows, to meet our longer-term strategic aims in the property claims outsourcing sector."

WNSA is headquartered at offices in Ipswich, Suffolk and also has office space in Cheadle, Cheshire.
