Private equity investment firm will pay £105 per sq ft for premium office space

Rhone Capital Management is set to move from their current offices in Knightsbridge to new offices in Mayfair at 40 Bruton Street paying a premium price of £105 per sq ft.


The private equity investment firm are taking 8,000 sq ft at the newly developed office scheme prominently located on the corner of New Bond Street and Bruton Street, W1.


The property is owned by Prupim and was designed by architect Rolfe Judd. The building comprises 17,000 sq ft of grade A office space in the heart of Mayfair, along with retail space on the ground floor.


Situated within a Westminster Conservation Area, the property achieved a BREEAM rating of “Very Good.”
