Telemarketing firm takes lower ground floor in addition to existing accommodation

Miller Developments has let additional office space in Glasgow on the lower ground floor suite at 116 West Regent Street to existing tenant, 1Call Direct. Extending to 1,975 sq ft, the lower ground floor has been let co-terminously with 1Call Direct’s other existing leases over the ground and first floor suites.

Neil Finnie, Development Manager, Miller Developments, said: “This new letting is excellent news for the building. 1Call Direct were attracted to the lower ground floor following the high quality refurbishment we had undertaken of the space. The property continues to generate interest from tenants who are keen to balance the demands of a good quality building with affordability.”
