Architecture practice takes new ten year lease at townhouse offices

Ryden has secured a new lease at office space in Edinburgh for architects 3D Reid at their existing offices at 36 North Castle Street. Knight Frank secured the lease re-gear on behalf of Bilsdale Properties Ltd.
3D Reid has taken the ground to second floors of the building, extending to circa 4,856 sq ft together with six car spaces, on a new 10 year lease at an initial annual rent of £90,552 per annum.
The property comprises a traditional townhouse accommodation with an open plan extension to the rear. The building is arranged over lower ground, ground and three upper floors. 3D Reid will occupy the ground, first and second floors which leaves open plan office accommodation available to let on the lower ground and third floor accessed by passenger lift or central staircase.
The building is located on the west side of North Castle Street occupying a prime position within the city centre, close to excellent amenities for staff including retail and leisure facilities as well as bus and train public transport links.
