Alexon signs up for Luton offices

Retailer takes office space at Capability Green Business Park

Ladies wear retailer Alexon has signed up for office space in Luton at Capability Green Business Park. The firm has taken 25,640 sq ft on a 15-year lease.

Alexon will pay £16 per sq ft to landlord IVG UK Ltd for the accommodation at 500 Capability Green, which is also home to Northgate Arinso, Inbev and Bay Restaurants.

Capability Green Business Park is set in a mature landscaped environment and superbly located for the M1, M25 and Luton airport.

The premier business park accommodates businesses such as Anritsu, Astra Zeneca, BAe Systems, Ernst & Young, Interbrew, Siemens plc and a Regus serviced office centre.
