Serviced office provider, Anvic Developments, has recently announced that the top floor of its flagship Piccadilly House business centre is now open for business, providing serviced offices in Manchester city centre.

The showpiece £3m re-development features 30,000 sq ft of business accommodation over six floors with a prestigious boutique feel. The new sixth floor comprises serviced office space and meeting room facilities, boasting stunning views of Manchester city centre - as it overlooks Piccadilly Gardens and offers a great view of Portland Street.

Piccadilly House is ideally suited for businesses looking to establish a North West base - it's within a couple of minutes' walk of Piccadilly Station and so it’s in effect just two hours from central London.

Paul Dawson, the Managing Director of Anvic Developments, said: “Piccadilly House is perfectly situated – its M1 postcode position makes it the ideal business location. The facilities are about more than location though – it’s a listed building and we’ve stylishly refurbished it to the highest possible specification.”

“We’ve already had plenty of enquiries from businesses in media, recruitment and professional services who want to reap the benefits of such a prestigious city centre presence.”

Anvic’s portfolio includes serviced offices in Burnley at two converted mill buildings – Northbridge House and Lodge House, as well as its two Manchester facilities, Piccadilly House and City View House. Collectively, Anvic now offers 150, 000 sq ft of flexible office space in the North West
