Avanta Managed Offices boosts year end occupancy to record high

Serviced office provider averages 90% occupancy in 2011

Business is booming at Avanta Managed Offices to such an extent that, despite the tough economic climate, the company is ending 2011 with an average 90% occupancy rate across its portfolio of 18 business centres - the highest average figure it has ever achieved.

“This remarkable result is thanks to the combined effort of both a larger sales team, which was put in place in 2011, and the exceptional work carried out on a daily basis by the centre teams to deliver the highest levels of customer service,” comments Geraint Evans, Avanta’s Sales and Marketing Director.

“We really are delighted with these results and it’s exciting to be fast approaching 2012 in such a strong position, particularly with all the fantastic opportunities that the 2012 Olympics will bring to businesses across London next year.

In August Avanta announced it was boosting the speed of the shared broadband data services it provides to clients from the already excellent 8Mbps to an improved 20Mbps, recognising the need for speed due to increased demand for streaming media, desktop video conferencing and use of cloud capabilities.

At no extra cost to clients the 20Mbps connectivity option was introduced at its Austin Friars’ serviced offices in the City of London, during August and was then rolled out across a majority of its other London centres.
