Basepoint is expanding its network of serviced offices having purchased new office space in Camberley, Surrey.
The Windsor-based firm has completed the £2.4m purchase of a 27,600 sq ft office building, which will undergo a £1m refurbishment programme.
In September 2011, the new serviced offices in Camberley will open as the latest addition to the Basepoint Centre network, providing flexible accommodation for around 80 businesses.
Brian Andrews, Basepoint’s executive director, comments: “As we begin to move out of the economic recession, and with a growing number of start-ups and small businesses in the area, there is a need for contemporary and flexible office accommodation. This location fits nicely with our current portfolio and is ideal for our business model, which offers flexible licenses and support packages to SMEs.”
Basepoint’s business centres are spread across the south of England. Together with the new centre in Camberley, Basepoint are also preparing to open a new branch providing serviced offices in Dartford, Kent.
