Office space in Midtown is set to be converted into a residential property following the sale of 41 Doughty Street, WC1, by The Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation for £2.07m with planning consent.

IRRV, The Professional Body for Local Taxation, Benefits and Valuation submitted a planning application to convert the offices in Bloomsbury and was given consent for the change of use for the building to C3 Residential.

The five-storey Grade II Listed property, dating back to 1792, comprises 3,526 sq ft of accommodation and has been acquired by  private purchasers who will occupy the building themselves once conversion is complete.

Morgan Lambert & Partners advised The Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation.
