New Hampshire offices for experienced design practice

BrightSpace Architects have moved in to new office space in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, at award-winning development, Glasshouse Studios.

The architects have taken the first floor of Unit 15 at the scheme, which comprises 802 sq ft of accommodation. The private landlord will receive a rent of £24 per sq ft.

Glasshouse Studios resides in a delightful tranquil setting on the outskirts of Fordingbridge. The peaceful site ambience provides a wonderful environment for a range of knowledge-and service-based businesses. Formerly commercial glasshouses growing tomatoes, the landscaped site has been sympathetically developed with two suites of studios totalling just under 20,000 sq ft. There is additional land on which it is planned to develop a third courtyard-style suite of studios of approximately 9,000 sq ft.

The site is well structured for start-up businesses with dedicated low-cost space of 150 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft available for short-to-medium term rental supported by a fully-serviced administrative office. In addition, the site has a large training room available for use by residents and external businesses with capacity for c.50 people.
