The Paragon office development in Bristol is 90% let

Professional services firms Mercer and Marsh join business community at Grade A offices

Bristol-based property company, Cubex Land have announced that their premier development, The Paragon, providing Grade A office space in the heart of Bristol’s commercial centre is now 90% let following the letting of 18,500 sq ft to Mercer and Marsh.

 

The two professional services companies, Mercer and Marsh will be joining Ernst & Young and solicitors Thring Townsend in The Paragon, which provides 74,000 sq ft of office space over five floors - together with 3,000 sq ft of retail space, and underground parking. The offices have an "Excellent" BREEAM environmental rating and are equipped with high quality finishes.

 

Mercer and Marsh have taken the ground suite and the entire first floor on a new 10 year lease. The quoting rent for the building is £28.00 per sq ft.

 

Mercer is a leading global provider of employee benefit consulting, outsourcing and investment services. Marsh is the world’s foremost insurance broker. Both are member companies of the global Marsh & McLennan Companies group and are moving from nearby offices at 1 Victoria Street to allow for a further expansion of their workforce.
