Canmoor completes office space letting at Chiswick Tower

Open Market takes additional 3,000 sq ft at West London scheme

Mobile solutions provider Open Market has expanded into a further 3,000 sq ft of office space in Chiswick, W4, taking a lease over 7,000 sq ft until 2018 at Chiswick Tower. The lease has set a new headline rent for the property at £31 per sq ft.

A further floor of office space at the West London scheme is also under offer.

Chiswick Tower is a 17 storey building providing 140,000 sq ft of office space atop Gunnersbury Station in addition to 420 car park spaces, within immediate reach of the A4 and national motorway network.  BSI Systems are the largest tenant alongside others including Michael Page and Konami.
