New development Central Saint Giles is set to welcome yet another media tenant hot-on-the-heels of Universal Studios who signed up for grade A office space at the Central London scheme in November.
Global PR and communications firm Burson-Marsteller is joining Mindshare, another subsidiary of marcomms giant WPP, at the Renzo Piano designed building and will take 43,000 sq ft of office space on the 6th floor.
In October Specific Media and Mindshare between them placed over 100,000 sq ft under offer at the mixed-use scheme by joint venture Legal & General Property and Mitsubishi Estate Company. Specific Media will move from their offices in Victoria to take up 25,000 sq ft while Mindshare took 78,000 sq ft and will relocate from their offices in the Strand.
November saw Universal Studios take up 107,000 sq ft at the Central London scheme and will relocate from their Prospect House offices on New Oxford Street to the new media hub. The film makers are thought to be paying just over £50 per sq ft for the prime location office space close to Tottenham Court Road, Burson-Marsteller’s rental terms have not been disclosed.
