Highcross agrees new ten-year lease with drinks giant at Morley Court

Highcross has agreed a new ten-year lease for office space in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire with Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd at Morley Court business centre.

CCE occupies just under 25,000 sq ft of office space on the ground and first floor of Morley Court, and uses the site for its business support centre.

The company is planning a major refurbishment of the office space and Highcross has also agreed to undertake external landscaping work, including a new paved area at the entrance and external seating.

Highcross asset manager, Joe Curlett, commented: “We are delighted that Coca-Cola Enterprises has decided to remain at Morley Court. The company has been located here for many years and the major refurbishment programme planned will create a great working environment for the around 140 employees based at these offices.”

Morley Court is located in an established office and industrial area, with easy access to the A1(M) and A47, and Peterborough town centre. Following re-development by owners, Highcross, the scheme provides high quality office accommodation, four trade centre units and three self-contained industrial units.
