Professional services and technology solutions firm, ICF Consulting, is set to move to new office space in Covent Garden having signed for the last remaining accommodation at Kean House, 6 Kean Street, WC2.
ICF has taken 2,953 sq ft on the entire third floor of the property, taking it full occupancy. The consultants will pay £40 per sq ft to landlord Threadneedle Property Investments in a deal brokered by Midtown specialists Farebrother. Colliers International advised ICF.
Kean House is a substantially refurbished, double fronted site, comprising 21,500 sq ft of office space over nine floors and two retail units on the ground floor with frontage to Kingsway.
It was refurbished by Terrace Hill in 2007 and sold in 2009 for £16m, which at the time represented a net intial yield of 6.4%.
Other tenants include Barrow Cadbury Trust and Virgin Green Fund, with Costa Coffee and Adecco occupying the retail units.
Situated immediately to the north of Aldwych, just off Drury Lane, the Midtown offices are conveniently located for both the West End and the City.
