Acting on behalf of Cordea Savills, Capita Symonds has acquired Crystal Court, an office building in Clerkenwell on Briset Street.

The property was purchased from Duncan Allison acting for a private overseas investor.

The ten year old Grade A building is single let to advertising agency EHS Brann for a further five years. The lease is guaranteed by the parent company Havas SA.

The building comprises 47,179 sq ft of office space within minutes of Farringdon Station, and is well positioned to benefit from the improvements to the transport infrastructure at Farringdon Station which will be the only station to accommodate both Crossrail and Thameslink rail lines.
