DeltaRail expands office space requirement in Derby

LaSalle agrees new lease with specialist software provider at Hudson House

LaSalle Investment Management has completed a further lease with DeltaRail for the last remaining office space in Hudson House, Derby. The deal means that DeltaRail is now the sole occupier of the 31,500 square foot building, which has been fully let by LaSalle. The property was previously let to Software AG.

The latest letting follows DeltaRail’s renewal of its existing leases earlier in the year, and provides extra office space to accommodate the company’s expansion. A ten year lease has been signed with a tenant break in 2014.

DeltaRail is a specialist software and technology provider supporting customers in disciplines ranging from train operations and signalling control to advanced condition monitoring, vehicle dynamics, structures, track and civil engineering. Headquartered at Hudson House, the company also operates out of office space in London’s Midtown as well as from overseas offices in France and The Netherlands.
