Diamond brokers move to Midtown offices

International diamond brokers and consultants Bonas & Company have moved to new office space in Midtown at Thavies Inn House, 3-4 Holborn Circus, EC1.

Bonas has taken 6,266 sq ft of refurbished office accommodation on the second floor of the impressive period building which is prominently located on the south side of Holborn Circus.

The diamond experts will pay £23 per sq ft on a ten year lease to landlords CGIS (Thavies Inn) Ltd who were advised by BNP Paribas. Farebrother advised Bonas.
