Aviva Investors Pensions Ltd has let office space in Edinburgh at 67 Shandwick Place (pictured), to Abbey Tours Scotland. The office suite extends to 1,927 sq ft and is located on the second floor of the property. It has been let for 5 years at a rental of £14 per sq ft, leaving only one remaining suite available to let in the building.

Abbey Tours Scotland was represented by McNicol Property Consultants; Aviva Investors Pensions Ltd was represented jointly by Eric Young & Co and SL Property Consultants.

Meanwhile, Daleway Ltd has let 23 Alva Street, Edinburgh to market research firm TNS. The entire townhouse extends to 3,058 sq ft together with 4 car parking spaces to the rear and has been let for 5 years at a rental of £54,000 per annum.
