Basepoint Business Centres recently launched its newest centre providing serviced offices in Camberley, Surrey. The centre officiallys opens on Monday 16th May following a thorough refurbishment, but the first wave of tenants are already moving in.

Karen Williams, Basepoint Camberley’s centre manager, comments: “There is a very strong business community in Camberley and the M3 corridor, but nevertheless, I was delighted to receive so much interest from local businesses before the centre even officially opened. The Enterprise M3 Local Economic Partnership (LEP) recently predicted that 70% of businesses in the area are expected to expand over the coming years, and we are pleased to be offering a service which will help to facilitate that growth.”

One of the first companies to move in to Basepoint Camberley is Ticketscript Ltd, a ticketing and promotions company which has offices across Europe. Paul Curren from Ticketscript, said: “We chose to move in to the centre because the modern office environment offers great value in an excellent location, close to the M3 and the M25. The staff at the centre have been very helpful and have ensured that the move was as smooth as possible.”

Basepoint Camberley has 57 office and workspace units, as well as the latest telecommunications infrastructure and high speed broadband. All units are available on flexible easy-in easy-out licence agreements which mean that businesses can expand or downsize as their needs change, with as little as two week’s notice.
