Award winning Midlands residential estate agency FleetMilne has signed up for new office space in Birmingham city centre at 85-89 Colmore Row. FleetMilne has signed a 10 year lease for 2,009 sq ft on the ground floor at the prominent Grade II listed building, with a 5 year break option.

Nicola Fleet-Milne, founding director of FleetMilne says that the new location will serve as the platform for company’s ambitious growth plans: “Having enjoyed rapid growth in our offices to the rear of the Mailbox, we felt it was time to move right into the business core of the city centre. The majority of our clients and applicants work in and around the Colmore Row area. We wanted to make ourselves as accessible as possible, not only in terms of location but also by extending our opening hours so people can come to see us before and after work too.

“We’ve had our eye on Colmore Row for some time, so it was just a case of timing. We were delighted to be able to secure our new office at 85-89 Colmore Row. We’re looking forward to many more exciting years in our new home.”

Richard Fletcher-Brewer of GBR Phoenix Beard is the letting agent for 85-89 Colmore Row on behalf of owners Maximus, the privately owned investment property company.

“85-89 Colmore Row is the perfect choice for FleetMilne. The high visibility of the office at the junction of Colmore Row and Newhall Street, combined with the historic backdrop of the building will be a real draw for the company’s target market. Maximus has invested heavily in the building infrastructure, making this an iconic location with the added ‘wow’ factor.”
