Projex Solutions moves to new Leeds offices

Rushbond’s One Brewery Wharf development has welcomed another construction related occupier to office space in Leeds. Projex Solutions which specialises in engineering design and specialist engineering services, has taken the last available office unit at the mixed-use scheme.

Relocating from temporary offices elsewhere in the City, the move marks an expansion for the firm which will occupy 1,613 sq ft of office accommodation on a ten-year lease at £20 per sq ft.

Managing partner at Projex Solutions, Phil Tomalin told the BusinessDesk: “We’re very pleased to have moved to bigger offices at Brewery Wharf which provide an ideal platform as we continue to expand in spite of the challenging economic climate.”

Brewery Wharf is now home to a variety of business with each of the office buildings offering distinctive and flexible accommodation which has attracted national, regional and local businesses to the waterfront location.

Projex joins other occupiers iSource IT Recruitment, DLG Architects, NHS Confederation, Franklin + Andrews, Mott MacDonald, DS Emotion, Buro Happold, Aedas and Space.
