Gladman Developments, one of the UK's largest speculative developers of office and industrial accommodation, has announced that Fibre Photonics, a manufacturer of near and mid-infrared fibre optic cables and immersion probes, are expanding and have relocated to new offices in Livingston, West Lothian, at Eliburn Office Park.
Fibre Photonics has leased a 2,000 sq ft building on a 5 year deal.
In February Provident Financial Management Services more than doubled its office space at the Livingston scheme.
Eliburn Office Park is located at Appleton Parkway close to J3A of the M8. The first phase of development has been completed with Gladman, Provident Financial Services and Fibre Photonics in occupation. In addition land has been sold on site for the development of a church. The area has already proved popular with occupiers including Gen-Probe, Atos Origin and Shin Etsu.
King Sturge and James Barr are joint agents at Eliburn Office Park, acting for Gladman Developments, whilst Fibre Photonics was self-represented.
