Anglo-Eastern Group set for Glasgow office move
Anglo-Eastern Group has agreed terms on a new office building in Glasgow's waterfront area.

Ship management company Anglo-Eastern Group has lined up new office space in Glasgow.Currently based at Milton Street, the Hong Kong-based firm has agreed terms on a 22,804 sq ft premises at 144 Elliot Street and is expected to complete the relocation in spring 2010.
Anglo-Eastern currently employs 135 people in Glasgow but could create up to 50 additional jobs when it moves into the new office.
Andy Cunningham of real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield, who represented the company in the transaction, said the Elliot Street building "ticked all the boxes" for the firm.
"It's in a great location just half a mile from the city centre in the thriving waterfront area and offers top-of-the-range, flexible office space," he explained.
Anglo-Eastern looks set to rent offices in Glasgow for some time, having signed a 15-year lease on the new building.
The company was established in 1974 as a chartering and ship owning organisation. Last year, it set up a maritime academy for high school leavers in Mumbai.
