Groupe Zannier signs up for Waterloo offices

Leading kidswear company takes up recently refurbished office space in converted warehouse

Global children’s clothing company, Groupe Zannier, has signed up for new office space in Waterloo. The established kidswear specialists will occupy the entire 5th floor of 10 Leake Street, a comfort cooled SE1 office space in a recently refurbished converted warehouse.

"The fifth floor office accommodation in the Leake Street warehouse conversion is a fantastic office space, and I am delighted to announce its successful let," said Colin Becker, Equity Director for MERJS, which was appointed as sole property agent for the commercial property, consisting of 3,812 sq ft of office accommodation.

"It was an excellent addition to our commercial property portfolio as the conversion is of an excellent standard. The office space benefits from exposed brickwork and original feature wrought iron doors. Having previously been a warehouse it has a high floor to ceiling height and wonderful natural light, making it feel very spacious."
