Ryden, alongside Montagu Evans and CWPC, has announced the completion of another letting of office space in Edinburgh at the Sugar Bond, Leith, on behalf of landlord Highcross Strategic Advisors Ltd.
Bespoke online marketing strategies company, Caliber Interactive Ltd, has taken a 2,594 sq ft, 7th floor office suite on a five-year lease with a break at year three. Caliber is the 2nd new occupier within the past 8-months to locate at the property following the reduction of the quoting rental at the building to only £7.50 per sq ft.
Caliber Interactive, which also has offices in the City of London, was previously located at Maritime Street, but as a result of strategic growth required larger premises.
Julia Deans of Highcross Strategic Advisors commented: “Sugar Bond is a very good fit for Caliber and the building has the added benefit of offering the business expansion space and various on site facilities. There is a real momentum now with the letting campaign at the Bonds.”
Caliber Interactive’s Commercial Director Francesca Kosina added: “The Caliber team are very pleased with the relocation to our new offices at Sugar Bond. The move reflects a sustained period of growth for the company, and the space is well-suited as we continue to expand our operations team in Edinburgh.”
The Sugar Bond is one of two redeveloped former bonded warehouse buildings owned by Highcross. The second, also located in Leith, is Bonnington Bond. Both buildings have been fully converted to provide high-quality, modern open-plan office accommodation set within stylish and attractive landscaped surroundings.
