Acting on behalf of fixed charged receivers, Jones Lang LaSalle has announced the sale of the historic former Ephraim Phillips factory, 54-76 Bissell Street in Digbeth near Birmingham to a private investor.
Originally built in the 19th Century, the converted Victorian factory known as Ephraim Phillips House sits on a 1.6 acre site. Simon Dicken, Associate Director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Birmingham office, said: “The successful sale of Ephraim Phillips House shows that investors are prepared to widen their horizons to consider development opportunities not only for primary but for secondary locations, such as this property, where value can be added over the longer term.”
Occupiers include Sterling Wealth Management and 2nd City Productions.
