Technology-savvy serviced office provider i2 Office recently announced that it has already achieved an impressive occupancy level of 59%. The prestigious business centre providing serviced offices in Glasgow city centre, is housed in the Grade ‘A’ office scheme at 2 West Regent Street.
The first company to take advantage of the new facilities was Interactive Investor. The company, which occupies most of the first floor and moved in just before Christmas, is one of the UK’s leading online financial services providers.
Caterer.com is another earlier occupier at the centre. “As an online recruitment business the reliability of the technology is paramount for our day to day operations,” commented David Shirra, manager for Caterer.com. “We also host a range of business events in our own meeting room and the high quality of the support services that our clients receive whilst attending an event is often commented upon and provides an excellent adjunct to our core services.”
Fiona Lawrence, General Sales Manager for i2 Office, is delighted with how the business is developing: “Once a client sees the quality of the accommodation available and understands our willingness to really listen to them and then provide what they need, they are keen to move in and do what they do best i.e. run their businesses in surroundings that can only enhance a company’s operations.” Other companies that have already moved into the new centre are Rock The Boat Consulting Ltd and TDE Solutions Ltd.
