JLL appointed at Tokenspire Business Park in Beverley

LaSalle Investment Management appoint JLL to manage 350,000 sq ft of industrial & office space

LaSalle Investment Management has appointed the Leeds offices of Jones Lang LaSalle to manage 350,000 sq ft of business, industrial and office space in Beverley, East Yorkshire at Tokenspire Business Park.

The instruction means that Jones Lang LaSalle will take on a full property management role on 44 units at the 24 acre site. Current tenants on the business park include Beverley Pine, Sargent Electrical Services, Tapco Europe and Qdos Entertainment.

Paul Curson, Associate Director in Jones Lang LaSalle's Property & Asset Management team, said: "We are very pleased to take on this exciting new instruction on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management and this new mandate is a welcome addition to the properties we already manage across the region.“

Tokenspire Business Park is located approximately 10 miles to the north of Kingston upon Hull. The Park provides an excellent blend of offices with trade counters, warehousing and light manufacturing.
