As part of the drive to create a fully integrated business following the Jones Lang LaSalle / King Sturge merger, the firm has confirmed the first phase of moves between office locations, which will take place over the summer.
Andrew Gould, Chief Executive Jones Lang LaSalle UK said: “The business and cultural fit between our firms is amazing and there is huge enthusiasm among our teams on the ground to come together as a fully merged business as soon as we are able. We are being thoughtful about the most effective way to do this while investing in new workplace strategies over the medium term, but we are really pleased that we can bring some of our teams closer together physically now, as it will allow teams to service our clients in a seamless manner and to drive their integration forward.”
The key moves which will take place over the next two months include the creation of an integrated markets group at office space in the West End on Warwick Street where the larger floorplate allows for the bringing together, among others of the Capital Markets, Agency, Retail, Industrial & Logistics and Real Estate Workout teams. Additionally, a City Markets group will be established at office space in the City of London in the Gresham Street office and an Asset and Project Management group at the Princes Street office.
In West Yorkshire the combined team will be coming together at office space in Leeds at the City Point, King Street premises over the summer.
