LaSalle completes two leases at Camberley trading estate

Industrial and office space let to Shred on Site and Knight Security

LaSalle Investment Management has completed two new leases for industrial and office space in Camberley, Surrey at Tuscam Trading Estate.

A seven year lease with a tenant break at year five has been signed with Shred on Site Ltd, a confidential waste disposal company for a 11,830 square foot unit.

LaSalle has also signed a seven year lease with a tenant break at year five with Knight Security Ltd, a security services company for a 4,205 sq ft ground floor office at the Tuscam House building. The move marks an expansion for the firm which is relocating from office space in Frimley. The letting means that the office building is now fully let.

Tuscam Trading Estate, which totals 178,538 sq ft, is a multi-let estate comprising of 22 industrial units and an office building. Conveniently located next to the M3, the corner of the A30 and with individual yard access for each unit, the estate provides a strong base in which to conduct business.
