30,000 sq ft exchanged at Millbank Tower

Millbank Tower is nearing full occupancy following a flurry of recent lettings amounting to 30,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in Westminster, SW1 at Millbank Tower.

Millbank Tower Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aldersgate Investments Ltd which is the main property vehicle of the Reuben Brothers.

A deal for 19,000 sq ft of offices on the 7th, 8th and part 9th floors has recently exchanged to a private occupier, advised by DeVono, for a rent of £35 psf.

Another recent letting was 7,500 sq ft on the 5th floor to a metals trading company and a further 3,500 sq ft to a charity on part of the 9th floor.

Millbank Tower is an iconic 30-storey listed building overlooking the Thames in Westminster. The Tower has long-standing tenants including Conservative Party HQ, OPHSO and Audit Commission.
