A leading law firm has signed a lease renewal for its office space in Cardiff city centre at Fitzalan Court. The firm currently occupies 7,209 sq ft at Pendragon House within the scheme.
Ben Bolton, Associate Director at Cooke & Arkwright, joint agent in brokering the deal said: “The lease renewal shows commitment to a popular office scheme for the long-term by a prominent occupier. The location offers prominence in the city and a pleasant working environment for staff.”
David King, Partner at MLM Cartwright commented: “We have been in this building for over seven years now and the location works for us. It’s convenient for our clients and our staff.”
According to an article last week in WalesOnline.Com, companies seeking to move into offices in Cardiff need to do so sooner rather than later as a squeeze on Grade A stock across the city is expected to result in firms relocating early to make the most of available opportunities.
