Leading Hampshire law firm takes new Portsmouth offices

Coffin Mew signs up for 13,500 sq ft at 1000 Lakeside

Highcross has let 13,500 sq ft of office space in Portsmouth at its 1000 Lakeside office building to Coffin Mew LLP, one of Hampshire’s leading law firms.

Coffin Mew has taken the third floor space on a fifteen-year lease and is moving to the landmark office building in mid December. Currently in four locations, the move will allow the firm to combine its existing offices in Fareham and North Harbour Portsmouth into one large bespoke space.

The four-floor 1000 Lakeside office building is set in extensively landscaped grounds and has almost 1,000 car parking spaces. Office space is available up to 72,000 sq ft, with a Regus business centre also located on site for companies requiring smaller accommodation.
