Learning Tree relocates to new Leatherhead offices

Management & IT training specialists move to Mole Business Park

Learning Tree International has completed on its relocation to new office space in Leatherhead at Mole Business Park.

The management and IT training specialists now occupies 14,000 sq ft of office accommodation on the third floor at Leatherhead House paying a rent of £23 per sq ft on a new 10-year lease to landlords Hermes Real Estate Investment Management. 

In addition to the Surrey office space, Learning Tress has also taken a warehouse unit at the park comprising around 11,000 sq ft at £10 per sq ft on similar lease terms.

Simultaneously, 3,000 sq ft at Leatherhead House has been sublet to Sembcorp for a term of 5 years at a rent of £23.50 per sq ft.

Hanover Green acted for Learning Tree International and King Sturge and Hurst Warne acted for Hermes.
