Office space in Leeds at 14 King Street, located in the heart of the commercial business district, has now reached 100% occupancy, following a number of successful lettings; 1,507 sq ft to 3Volution LLP and 1,322 sq ft to Barton Willmore LLP.
The building was acquired by Bruntwood in 2007 and subsequently underwent a dramatic and complete refurbishment and was available to the market in late 2008.
Adam Selka, sales surveyor at Bruntwood said: “14 King Street is a fantastic example of how Bruntwood takes a different approach to developing property. We see each and every property as an investment for the long-term and our aim is to develop vibrant and well-functioning places that create the right environment for the success of our customers.”
Bruntwood also recently revealed their redevelopment plans for City House, a landmark building situated in the heart of Leeds city centre, directly above the train station. The 120,000 sq ft development will provide flexible space from a single desk for one day to a whole building for 25 years and will be available to occupy from summer 2013.
Craig Burrow, head of sales and development at Bruntwood, said: “City House is an important building for Leeds and we’re looking to transform it. We want to produce an iconic building that Leeds can be proud of.”
