Liberty Mutual Insurance relocates to prestigious Birmingham offices
Insurance company joins high profile occupiers at office space at 45 Church Street

Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe is the latest high profile name to announce its relocation to the prestigious 45 Church Street office development. LMIE, which is a part of the global US-owned Liberty Mutual Group, a Fortune 500 company, is to take up 2,247 sq ft of office space at the Birmingham scheme on a 10 year lease and is expected to move into its new premises within weeks.
Neil Findley, Business Development Manager from Liberty, is looking forward to relocating with colleagues from their existing premises in Newhall Street.
He commented: “Birmingham and the Midlands are an important part of our UK regional operations, and this move signals our commitment to serving clients in the region. 45 Church Street is a statement office location and offers an excellent working environment for our Birmingham-based team. This is an important move for us and the new office will play a key role in our future plans.”
Other occupiers at 45 Church Street include Mazars chartered accountants, Coutts & Co and King Sturge at 45 Church Street. As a US-owned business, Liberty joins a vibrant inward investment community in the West Midlands with around 700 US-owned businesses having a base here.
