LinkedIn look to Dublin for headquarters offices
Business networking site looking at former offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers

According to today’s Irish Times, the social networking site for business people, LinkedIn, is set to make Dublin the new home of its European headquarters with a move to the former offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers at Wilton Terrace in Dublin 2.
It is thought that the selection of Wilton Plaza follows several months of searching for suitable office space in Dublin city centre and the location combined with attractive rents of around £14 per sq ft have all been deciding factors.
LinkedIn is expected to confirm imminently that it has taken an initial 30,000 sq ft of accommodation on the three upper floors of the 30-year-old building, formerly known as Gardiner House. PricewaterhouseCoopers vacated the property over three years ago, after which it was extensively refurbished.
LinkedIn has 85 million users in 200 countries and is particularly popular with recruitment groups, many of which directly connect to LinkedIn’s database.
