Thriving business park releases newly developed warehouse and office space

A thriving business park in Lincolnshire has expanded to bring much-needed additional industrial and office space to Lincoln city. North Kesteven District Council last year granted planning permission for phase four of Lincoln Enterprise Park south of the city, to develop an additional four office units and three industrial units.
Lincoln Enterprise Park has been extensively developed over the last three years and is now one of Lincoln’s leading industrial parks. Phase four of the five-acre development provides a further 4,388 sq ft of serviced office space and 6,647 sq ft of industrial space.
Commenting last year following the granting of planning permission, Nick Falkinder, a Director of Lincoln Enterprise Park, said: “The business park is in a perfect location for new and established businesses and we’ve been tremendously encouraged by its success so far. All of the units in phases one, two and thee have been sold or occupied and we’re sure that the demand is there for phase four. By investing in the city in this way we’re making a clear statement of confidence in Lincoln’s economy and we’re sure that there’ll be plenty of interest in the new units.”
The office space in Lincoln is available to buy freehold in entire units or on a floor-by-floor basis. Units have been developed to a high-quality, aesthetically pleasing design and can be fitted out to the occupier’s exact requirements.
