Liverpool office space set for hotel conversion

City centre office building welcomes Z Hotels to top three floors

A major letting of office space in Liverpool at State House, Dale Street, will see a significant new hotel opening in the central business district in Autumn 2012.

Hotel operator Z Hotels has taken the top three floors of State House on a new lease for a term of 35 years for 14,600 sq ft of former office space.

All the hotel rooms will include free wi-fi, flat screen TVs with Sky Sports and Sky Movies, hand-crafted beds and power showers.

In addition, a new self-contained entrance vestibule from North John Street will be created together with a mezzanine of some 1,846 sq ft.
