Location and value for money boost demand for Avanta meeting rooms
Serviced office provider sees surge in demand for meeting rooms at business centres
Article posted: 20 Jun 2011
Location and value for money are two of the key factors driving a surge in demand for meeting rooms at flexible office provider, Avanta, which provides serviced offices in Central London, the Thames Valley and Edinburgh.
A recent survey of businesses using its meeting room facilities revealed that 94% cited location as being the main deciding factor, whilst value for money was quoted by 93% of respondents.
According to Steve Carter, Avanta’s meeting solutions manager, meeting rooms within Avanta’s serviced offices in the City of London are “proving very popular at the moment, especially with major financial institutions, both for staff training and graduate recruitment programmes.” Additionally its business centres offering flexible office space in the West End “are also in demand with a number of leading fashion houses using the facilities to set up showrooms for their major clients and buyers.
“Clients want value for money, but it’s not just competitive pricing, as they require, and expect guaranteed levels of service, quality and support.
“In 2010 we had almost 16,000 bookings across our 18 locations, a rise of 7.5% from the previous year, and with the high level of enquiries and bookings we’ve already received this year we are confident of exceeding last year’s figures.”
Avanta business centres are now a mainstream choice for an increasing number of organisations looking for the flexibility of serviced offices in London, be they in the City, West End, Victoria or West London. All are listed at www.freeofficesearch.co.uk
Away from the capital, Avanta provides serviced offices in Reading and Edinburgh.
