Logica snaps up Bridgend office space
International firm takes last Macob unit at Pencoed business park

Business and technology service company Logica has moved to new office space in Bridgend, South Wales at Bocam Park in Pencoed located on junction 35 of the M4.
The company has taken a short-term lease for 5,000 sq ft, taking the last available space at the 200,000 sq ft business park which has been developed by Macob.
It is occupying office building 31, taking part of the first and second floors. The building is also occupied by Skanska, Staedtler, Welsh Government and ISA Training.
Logica employs 41,000 people globally. It provides business consulting, systems integration and outsourcing to clients around the world, including many of Europe's largest businesses. It is one of the largest private sector employers in the Bridgend area employing around 1,350 people across its sites.
Headquartered at office space in Reading, Berkshire, Logica has offices across the UK from offices in Aberdeen to office space in Leatherhead, Surrey.
Emanuel Jones and Lambert Smith Hampton are the retained property agents for Bocam Park.
Other tenants at Bocam Park include Welsh Blood Service, KTP Solicitors, accountancy firm Clay Shaw Thomas, BAM Nuttall and SG Mercedes.
