Vico Capital is set to sell £330m worth of office space in the Docklands and Victoria having appointed US property broker and investment bank Eastdil to sell the assets on its behalf.
Valued at over £150m, the Docklands scheme at 15 Westferry Circus (pictured), comprises 175,000 sq ft of premium office space in Canary Wharf, fully let to Morgan Stanley. It was purchased by Vico in 2005 for £140.
In Central London, The Sanctuary Buildings on Great Smith Street, will go on the market for £180m. The home of the Secretary of State for Education and Skills, the property is a modern office headquarters with a classical façade, comprising 227,000 sq ft of office space in Victoria/Westminster, SW1.
Vico Capital is an Irish company which invested £600m in European property over a two-year period between 2005-2007, and which now plans to take advantage of the strong demand for such assets.
