Deloitte has agreed to take office space at Orega's High Holborn business centre

Deloitte is set to occupy new office space in Holborn after signing a deal with Orega.

The consultancy has agreed to take up 9,000 sq ft at the firm's High Holborn business centre, providing 150 extra workstations within walking distance of its existing premises at New Fetter Lane and Shoe Lane, Property Week reports.

An 18-month licence with break clauses at six and twelve months was negotiated by Deloitte, which was advised on the deal by Drivers Jonas Deloitte.

"The location of our business centre, just a short walk from Deloitte's main offices, was an added bonus," said Zach Douglas, joint managing director of Orega.

Situated close to the junction of High Holborn and Gray's Inn Road, the five-storey, glass-fronted structure was opened by Orega in October 2010.

It followed new business centres launched by the firm to provide office space in Manchester, Birmingham and Gatwick earlier in the year.
