Commercial property group Bruntwood has begun to market office space in Manchester city centre recently vacated by Government Office North West.

The landmark City Tower comprising 600,000 sq ft of office accommodation is currently undergoing a phased refurbishment over twelve floors, with Bruntwood already having been approached by potential tenants interested in the available space which ranges from 1,000 to 120,000 sq ft.

Bruntwood’s director of special projects Colin Sinclair told TheBusinessDesk.com: "This is pristine refurbished space in a great location - we're just in the process of completing a show suite and negotiations are already underway with a variety of occupiers including some who wish to occupy part floors."

City Tower is located in the heart of Manchester and provides 28 floors of office space in the North West city, with some of Manchester’s most spectacular views. The iconic building is already home to the Institute of Directors, web hosting firm UKFast, Rectory Foods, architects Sheppard Robson, accountants Saffery Champness and Bruntwood.

Bruntwood’s extensive property portfolio comprises 90 office buildings in 4 cities serving over 1000 companies. From single desks within serviced offices to businesses which occupy entire buildings, Bruntwood is able to accommodate all requirements at its network of offices in Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester.
